Not only does each of our employees have first-class training and education, but they also show on a daily basis how useful their specialised knowledge and broad experience is. Furthermore, they are creative and not afraid to put their backs into their work. Therefore, together with the management they are the motor that drives the creation of added value: as much for us as for their portfolio companies, where they often participate in the Board of Directors.
