Gimv extends its activities through various partnerships:

- Gimv-XL is a fund that focuses on growth companies in Flanders
- The Gimv-Agri+ fund focuses on investments in the agricultural sector in the Benelux and neughbouring countries.
- The DG Infra funds are managed through a joint venture between Gimv and Belfius. DG Infra+ and DG Infra Yield are unlisted private equity funds with a focus on infrastructure and infrastructure-related assets, Public Private Partnerships and selective real estate in the Benelux.
- Eagle Russia Fund is a fund that focuses on investments in Russia
- Other strategic fund investments include those in Lyceum Capital, CapMan and Pragma Capital.
