Combining private equity expertise with project financing experience

DG Infra+ and DG Infra Yield are non-listed investment funds sponsored and managed by Gimv through a joint venture with Belfius.

The funds invest in companies, projects and infrastructure assets in sectors such as transport and logistics, utilities, social and healthcare infrastructure and communication networks. This includes public private partnerships, (renewable) energy and selective real estate.

The focus of DG Infra+ is on early stage or greenfield investments whereas DG Infra Yield will target secondary or brownfield investments. The latter fund, which can invest in both equity and (subordinated) debt instruments, has a term of 30 years which enables it to match the investment horizon of the fund to the long-life nature of the investment portfolio.

Both funds predominantly target investments in the Benelux, but can also invest in the neighbouring countries.
