Gimv Asia Advisory Council

Back in 2003 Gimv set up the Gimv Asia Advisory Council (GAAC) with a view to maintaining contact with Asia and following significant developments in the region from close at hand. 

GAAC’s goal was and is to create a sounding board with which to assess the impact of various international Asian developments on the Gimv portfolio, and also to provide Gimv with access to the information it needs for investments related to Asia.

GAAC meets twice a year and during this time of consultation and networking, Gimv gains first hand insight and sensitivity to the situations in various Asian economies.

GAAC members are all leading personalities in their own countries, playing influential roles in their own academic, industrial and/or financial fields. Their direct relationship with Gimv is one of open understanding.
