Arnaud Leclercq (1968) joined Gimv in 2007. Before, he negotiated and structured buyout transactions for Actem Partners (Natixis Private Equity), as managing partner and board member. Prior to that, Arnaud Leclercq worked for Société Générale (Leveraged Finance department).

He has an ESSEC Business School MBA (France) and graduated from Sciences Po Paris. He also holds a BA in Business Law from the Paris University (France).

Anne Caron (1961) joined Gimv in 2008. Before, she was an investment manager and partner in CDC Capital Investissement, a Direct Private Equity Subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts Group.  Previously, she worked for the real estate department of the Caisse des Dépôts Group.

Anne Caron graduated from Sciences Po Paris and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Kent (United Kingdom). She also has a Postgraduate degree in Economics from the Paris - Nanterre University (France).

Before joining Gimv in 2008, Stéphane Mircich (1977) worked for Deloitte Finance, initially as an auditor and later as a member of the Transaction Services team. He started his career in the French Navy as a nuclear submarine pilot officer on various nuclear submarines.

Stéphane graduated as an engineer from the Ecole Navale (France) and the Ecole de navigation sous-marine (France).

Prior to joining Gimv in 2008, Sandra Pezet (1978) was an investment manager at Actem Partners (Natixis Private Equity), where she focused on majority shareholding interests in companies with a value ranging from EUR 10 million to EUR 50 million. Before, she was a senior associate in the Transaction Support & Restructuring Services Practice at Ernst & Young Paris.

Sandra Pezet has an MBA from the Paris ESSEC Graduate School of Management (France).
 

Before joining Gimv in 2010, Eric de La Vigne worked as an analyst at Actem Partners (Natixis Private Equity). He also has an experience as intern within the large caps mergers & acquisitions department of Rothschild & Cie in Paris. 

Eric graduated from Reims Management School (France).
