Arnaud Leclercq (1968) joined Gimv in 2007. Before, he negotiated and structured buyout transactions for Actem Partners (Natixis Private Equity), as managing partner and board member. Prior to that, Arnaud Leclercq worked for Société Générale (Leveraged Finance department).

He has an ESSEC Business School MBA (France) and graduated from Sciences Po Paris. He also holds a BA in Business Law from the Paris University (France).

Description

Easyvoyage was founded in 2000 by Jean-Pierre Nadir. The group’s web sites combine comparison engines with several filters (flights, all-in, hotels,…), and extensive, mainly proprietary, content provided by about 20 in-house journalists. Thanks to its independent and thorough information, Easyvoyage forms a vital link between internet users and online shops (travel agencies, tour operators,…). Easyvoyage is the biggest French information and comparison site on travelling and one of the leading players in Spain and Italy.
