Share buyback

In accordance with the announcement on 29 January 2021 of the share buyback in the context of a share purchase plan for employees, Gimv purchased 40,000 own shares during the period from 1 February to 8 February 2021. Before this purchase, Gimv did not yet own any of its own shares.
