PRECIRIX® ist ein klinisch tätiges Biotechnologie-Unternehmen, welches sich mit verbesserten Behandlungsmöglichkeiten für Tumorpatienten beschäftigt und dafür neuartige, zielgerichtete Radiopharmaka entwickelt, welche «Camelid Single Domain»-Antikörperfragmente nutzen.
Der Hauptentwicklungskandidat CAM-H2 befindet sich derzeit in klinischer Prüfung (Phase I/II) für die Behandlung von HER2-positiven Tumoren, während die Onkologie-Pipeline konsequent weiter ausgebaut wird.
Die Precirix-Platform erlaubt einen «theragnostischen»-Ansatz, bei welchem das selbe Molekül für die Patientenauswahl (Bildgebung) und Therapie zum Einsatz kommt.
