Apraxon offers high quality wound care for (mostly elderly) people suffering from chronic wounds in a homecare setting. Their staff form the bridge between all parties involved in outpatient care. They coordinate the needs of the patients and their relatives with the doctor, the clinic, the therapists, the health insurance company and the nursing service. The focus is always on the patients and on improving and maintaining the quality of life.
