Annual and special general meeting of Gimv on June 30th, 2021 Covid-19 update

On May 28th, 2021 Gimv published the convocation for the annual and special general meeting to be held on June 30, 2021. Given the government measures applicable at that time, it was mentioned that this meeting would only be held remotely without the possibility of physical participation.

Regarding the decisions of the federal government and the governments of the regions in the Belgian Consultation Committee of June 4th, 2021, physical participation to this annual and special general meeting is yet possible.

To ensure the health and safety of its shareholders, employees and external service providers, digital participationto the general meeting viathe Lumi AGM+ platform is stillmaximally encouraged.

Shareholders who nevertheless wish to physically attend the general meeting, are kindly requested to inform Gimv of their intention as soon as possible and no later than June 24th, 2021 so that the appropriate preparations and precautions can be taken in time depending on the number of attendees. Gimv relies on the shareholders' understanding that no catering will be provided under the current circumstances.

Shareholders who pre-registered for physical participation but in the 72 hours before the start of the general meeting would become ill or develop symptoms of disease, are urged to stay at home and participate digitally. Gimv will in such case, on first request, do the necessary to facilitate digital participation in the general meeting.
