Charlotte Vanden Daele

Charlotte Vanden Daele joined Gimv as legal counsel in January 2020.

From 2013 to 2019, Charlotte worked as an attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in their Brussels and New York offices. She specialised in private and public M&A, private equity, corporate litigation/arbitration and general corporate and commercial work for listed and non-listed companies.

Charlotte completed her law degree at the University of Brussels (VUB) in 2012. Additionally, she obtained a Master of Laws at the Berkeley School of Law (University of California) in 2013.
