Gimv acquires a majority stake from minority shareholder Pontex and the former management of Hemink. The latter will retain a minority stake in the new structure. Hemink's current management team will co-invest, underlining their long-term commitment to the company's further growth. In collaboration with Gimv, Hemink aims to further expand its activities as a national player in property maintenance in a sustainable manner. This will enable Hemink to respond even better to the growing demand from clients while continuing to offer good conditions for their employees.
