Floris van Halder joined Gimv in February 2026 as Partner at Gimv Anchor Investments. Floris brings 16 years of experience across private equity and investment banking, including 4 years at Morgan Stanley and 12 years at EQT, where he progressed to Managing Director and responsible for the PE activities in the Benelux.
At EQT (UK and NL), he worked on several successful transactions and value creation programs in the Benelux, including Desotec, Azelis and Bureau van Dijk.
He holds a Master in Business Administration - Corporate Financial Management and has international academic and professional experience across Europe, the US and Asia.
