Gimv was among the first Belgian private equity companies becoming a supporter of Level20 (www.level20.org) which takes initiatives in private equity relating to DEI such as mentoring and development, networking and events, outreach, advocacy and research. In this context, a Belgian chapter of Level20 was created in 2023, partly under the impulse of Gimv.

Next to that, Gimv partners with Dutch organization FemalexFinance (www.femalexfinance.com), the first platform for women in finance by women in finance created with the mission to drastically increase the female talent pool in finance.

By offering internships, Gimv wants to be a stepping stone for talented and motivated students and graduates to get to know the world of private equity and M&A.

Would you like to find out how challenging a job in private equity can be for you? 
Internshipcandidates can send their motivated application with a detailed CV to either Gimv HQ in Antwerp or to one of our satellite offices in Paris, Munich or The Hague.  Eligible candidates must master the language spoken locally and have a proficient knowledge of English.
