Nicolas De Man

Nicolas joined Gimv in August 2025 as part of the Investment Controlling team.

Prior to joining Gimv, Nicolas worked at Abacus Group NV (2024–2025) as Investment Analyst, where he was responsible for monitoring an investment portfolio of the family behind Matexi. He was involved in the analysis of listed companies, the evaluation of pipeline opportunities and the preparation of quarterly reports.

Before that, he spent five years at PVG (2019–2024). He initially served as Manager Finance, IT & HR, overseeing both operational and strategic activities of a production plant. He later transitioned to the role of Digital Transformation Officer within the European management team, focusing on IT strategy, data projects and digital marketing initiatives across multiple countries.

Nicolas started his career at BDO (2013–2017) as Financial Auditor and later Senior Accountant. 

He subsequently worked as a Project Consultant at TriFinance (2017–2019), where he completed interim assignments at PVG, Xeikon and Becton Dickinson.

Nicolas studied at Ghent University, where he obtained a Master’s degree in Accountancy & Finance.
