He joined Gimv in December 2017 and worked until June 2024 in the Healthcare team. He was actively involved through board or observer seats at Apraxon, GPNZ, Medi-Markt, MVZ Holding and rehaneo.
Before joining Gimv, Max worked for two years in the M&A division of Morgan Stanley in Frankfurt.
Max holds a MSc. in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and a BSc. in General Management from EBS University of Business and Law in Germany.
