Marc De Scheemaecker co-opted as a member of the board of directors at Gimv

The Board of Directors of Gimv has co-opted Marc De Scheemaecker, current chairman of the Board of Directors of Brussels Airport Company and former CEO of NMBS, as director. The Board of Directors will propose the next AGM of Gimv to ratify his appointment.

Marc De Scheemaecker is an economist by education and now a director of various companies (Brussels Airport Company, HRD Antwerp, Vitrufin, ...). He can look back on a rich career as a manager in various private and public companies. In the Board of Directors of Gimv he will succeed Johan Van den Driessche, who resigned earlier this year following his election to the Brussels Parliament.
