Cegeka acquired a majority stake in Citymesh in 2020. Since then, Citymesh executed on an ambitious growth path. 
In 2024, Gimv, together with the other shareholders of Cegeka, decided to move Citymesh from a subsidiary of Cegeka to a sister company, to give additional room for growth. As a result, Gimv became a direct shareholder of Citymesh.
