Cegeka acquired a majority stake in Citymesh in 2020. In 2024, Citymesh became a sister company of Cegeka with Gimv becoming a direct shareholder. Following an agreement with the other shareholders in 2025, Gimv’s position in Citymesh was restructured, resulting in Gimv solely retaining an economic interest in Citymesh.
