Bringing together different technologies and companies within one group, Fronnt guides companies through the energy transition. Integrating various technologies is its core business. Founded in 2022 as an initiative of Gimv and since 2023 forming a cooperation with Tilleghem, Fronnt connects multiple installation companies that benefit from a multitude of specialties and decades of experience, with a footprint across the Flemish region. Besides the obvious advantages of building a group, Fronnt retains the entrepreneurial (family-led) character of its members to connect the best of both worlds.

Gimv Sustainable Cities platform is convinced of the need for strong installers versed in multiple technologies to help realise the energy transition. Since the creation of the group in the summer of 2022, based on a vision and the entrepreneurial spirit and go-getter attitude of the first Fronntrunners, an intensive buy-and-build trajectory so far has resulted in a group comprising a dozen B2B-focused installation companies across Flanders. This forms a strong basis for further consolidation in the fragmented sector of technical installation companies through additional acquisitions. Gimv is looking forward to realising this vision together with the management.
