Bart Troubleyn*

Bart Troubleyn joined the Gimv-team in April 2025 as Head Anchor.

Bart is a highly experienced business manager with a diverse background as a CEO, COO, and business consultant. Throughout his career, Bart has successfully delivered business results across various industries and continents. His expertise spans multiple functional areas, including general management, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, sales and marketing, financial and performance management, business process re-engineering, operations management, human resources and change management, and IT/digital transformation.

Bart served as Group CEO at SEA-invest and guided the growth trajectory as Group COO of Manuchar until April 2023. Prior to that, he was the managing director of Nextel NV, as a Belgian ICT integrator.

Earlier in his career, Bart worked as a principal at Roland Berger and was Head of Strategy & Transformation at Globe Telecom. Bart began his career in various roles within the Arthur Andersen group.

Bart holds a Master's Degree in Applied Business Economics from the University of Antwerp and has completed an Advanced Management Program at Vlerick Business School, as well as a program in Supply Chain Management at INSEAD.
