Charlotte joined Gimv in March 2025 as legal counsel. Prior to joining Gimv on a permanent basis, she was seconded to the firm for a period of nine months in 2022.
Charlotte worked as a lawyer at Baker McKenzie and Quinz from 2017 until 2025. As a lawyer she advised national and international corporate and PE clients on a range of corporate, M&A, and capital markets transactions. In addition to her work as a lawyer, Charlotte worked as a teaching assistant at Ghent University’s corporate law department from 2018 to 2023.
Charlotte holds a Master of Laws from Ghent University (2016) and an LL.M from the UC Berkeley School of Law (2017).
