David De Peuter joined Gimv as Legal Counsel in May 2018. He joined the Consumer platform in September 2020 as a Principal and was promoted to Partner in June 2024.
David worked as corporate and M&A lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton’s Brussels office from 2007 to 2012, and as General Counsel at LakeSprings Group (family office) from 2013 to 2018.
David holds a Master in Law from KULeuven (2007) and an LL.M from Harvard Law School (2009).
