Vincent Van Bueren

Vincent is responsible for Gimv’s corporate communications — which also covers investor relations in close support of the CFO — as well as Gimv's sustainability agenda. He manages the communication strategy, media and stakeholder engagement, alongside ESGC (Environment, Social, Governance & Cybersecurity) strategy and reporting. 

Within Gimv, he previously (since 2010) held roles in Gimv's finance team (fund management & administration) and legal team (compliance & corporate housekeeping). He holds a Bachelor of Law from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, a Master of Law from the University of Antwerp, and a university certificate in Business Ethics & Compliance Management from Louvain School of Management (UCLouvain). He has followed executive trainings at INSEAD (Aspiring Directors programme), Solvay Brussels School (Change Management), and Oxford Saïd Business School (Impact Measurement), and completed the INSEAD Advanced Management Programme (AMP) in the summer of 2025. 

He serves as Deputy Chair of the Sustainability Committee of Private Capital Belgium and is also a member of the board of directors of Transparency International Belgium.
