Gimv was among the first Belgian private equity companies becoming a supporter of Level20 (www.level20.org) which takes initiatives in private equity relating to DEI such as mentoring and development, networking and events, outreach, advocacy and research. In this context, a Belgian chapter of Level20 was created in 2023, partly under the impulse of Gimv.
Level20 aims to enhance the retention and promotion of diverse talent by offering networking and mentorship for female professionals and allies.
